Meet DefCon One In October

Jeremy Zimmerman’s ongoing Kensai series is part of the DefCon One line-up

DefCon One Publishing is an independent, Seattle-based publisher of the anthology series Mad Scientist Journal and numerous speculative fiction books by Northwest authors. They recently acquired the Cobalt City line from Timid Pirate.

You can check out some of their recent titles at Booth 15 at the Pacific Northwest Booksellers  Association this weekend or meet the authors and publishers at the following events in October:

DefCon One will be joining other local authors in Puyallup for the 5th annual celebration of local authors.

Cobalt City Book Launch & Reading

Naked City Brewery & Taphouse, 8564 Greenwood Ave N, Seattle, WA

Join DefCon One author Nathan Crowder to help celebrate the release of his new Cobalt City novel, RESISTANCE. Nathan Crowder will read along with guest authors Jeremy Zimmerman, Erik Scott de Bie, and Rosemary Jones. Superhero fiction takes on tyranny with heart and humor, paired with the stellar tap list at Naked City. The publisher will be on hand to sell copies of books from the authors.

GeekGirlCon 2018
October 27 – October 28
Conference Center, 800 Pike Street, Seattle, WA

DefCon One will be in the dealer room for the 8th Annual GeekGirlCon at the Conference Center in downtown Seattle. Mad Scientist Journal: Autumn 2018, Battling in All Her Finery, and the re-release of The Trouble with the Tick-Tock Tabby will be new at the convention. Authors Dawn Vogel, Jeremy Zimmerman, and Amanda Cherry will be on hand to talk about and sign books.
