Word is that exhibitors seeking to sell books at the relaunched Wordstock should reserve their space now. Wordstock: Portland’s Book Festival relaunchs at the Portland Art Museum on Saturday, November 7, 2015. The festival will be an intergenerational celebration of literature and the written word, a day of author readings and discussions, writing workshops, a book fair, a beer tent with local food carts, and more. According to a recent newsletter from Literary Arts, the organization which took over Wordstock in 2013, exihibitor spaces are selling briskly.
To exhibit at the Wordstock Book Festival, exhibitors must sell books or book-related materials, or represent a literary program. They can be a bookseller, publisher, literary magazine, author, or a nonprofit organization focused on literacy or education. Questions about eligibility status should be directed to Amanda Bullock, Festival & Events Manager, at firstname.lastname@example.org or 503-227-2583 x112.
Further information on registration can be found at Literary Arts’ website.
