May 19 Meeting: Working With PNBA And NW Bookstores

Tegan_April_2014Independent bookstores in Washington, Oregon, Alaska, and Idaho are members of Pacific Northwest Booksellers Association. The organization helps booksellers and publishers connect through a variety of programs, including the PNBA Fall Trade Show.

Our speaker, Tegan Tigani, will discuss how publishers should work with PNBA and Northwest bookstores, including information on this year’s trade show in Tacoma, WA.

Our Monday evening meeting starts at 6 pm at Good Shepherd Center, 4649 Sunnyside N.. Room 221.

About Our Speaker

Tegan Tigani is a bookseller and children’s book buyer at Queen Anne Book Company in Seattle, the President of the Pacific Northwest Booksellers Association Board, a member of the ABA’s Book Advisory Committee as well as the ABC Advisory Council, edits the PNBA blog nwbooklovers.org, and works for Sasquatch Books as their Children’s Book Editor-at-Large. She also does freelance editing and writing for Girl Friday Productions in Seattle and the Book Doctors in New Jersey. Tegan also provides enrichment tutoring students from first grade through high school.
