Search For Meaning At Book Festival

The Search for Meaning Book Festival returns to Seattle University in February. Since 2009, the festival given authors and scholars a place to encourage attendees to reflect on their own ability to contribute to a more just and humane world.

This year’s special guests include keynote speaker Katherine Boo, author of the Pulitzer Price finalist Behind the Beautiful Forevers. Her narrative nonfiction chronicles the lives of families striving toward a better life in Mumbai, India, in this bewildering age of global change and inequality.

This day-long event on the SU campus Saturday, Feb. 15 from 8 a.m. to 6:15 p.m.
