Publishers from throughout the U.S.— ranging from new self-publishers to established mid- size houses—are invited to attend the New England Publishing Conference. This year’s event is scheduled for April 19-20 in Southbridge, Mass.
The educational and networking event is sponsored by Independent Publishers of New England. IPNE makes a point of keeping admission at the lowest possible rate—just $150 for members and $175 for nonmembers for the two-day event.
Expert speakers and panelists will cover a broad range of topics— niche-publishing, marketing, promotion, distribution, digital publishing, social networking, and much more. For more detailed information and registration information, go to the IPNE site at http://www.ipne.org .
IPNE is a nonprofit membership corporation that provides numerous opportunities for networking and continuing education. In addition to publishers, its membership includes suppliers to the publishing industry as well as authors and students desiring to learn more about publishing. Its membership is growing rapidly as publishers are learning to take advantage of the rapid changes in technology and marketing of books of all kinds.
