We won’t guess — you have to write it down!

Many members are sending checks to renew their memberships without any additional information. After years of playing guessing games about business names, contact email address, etc, we have to say: “Tell us who you are if you want to receive full benefits!” Just writing “Thank you!” or “See you in 2013” doesn’t help us update our email mailing lists.

Be sure to include the following when you send your membership renewal or new membership:

Contact Name
Website
Contact e-mail

After receiving payment, we will e-mail you a receipt and request for further information for our membership directory. You must have a working e-mail to receive the receipt from Book Publishers Northwest. Set your spam filter to accept e-mails from bpnwnews at aol.com. Check sent without a contact email address means that you will not receive a receipt or member notifications — no more guessing games! We will only add your contact email to the membership mailing list if you write it down and include it with the check.

Checks should be made out to Book Publishers Northwest. Mail payment to Book Publishers Northwest, 2212 Queen Anne Ave North #275, Seattle WA 98109.

Remember, 2012 memberships are only $40 from now through December 30, 2012. After January 1, 2013 memberships will be $50.
