More than 120 people packed the basement of Razzi’s, a popular Seattle pizzeria. The attraction was the literary fare being served: author Peter Kahle speaking on his childhood in Sonoma and how it inspired his novel, Passage of the Kissing People.
Hosting a book launch at the pizzeria was the latest venture by Kahle’s publisher, 74th Street. The Book Publishers Northwest member turned the launch of their first novel into a novel event, with quizzes, prizes, and more. It drew a crowd of more than 120, according to restaurant staff. Pictures of the event can be seen at the BPNW Facebook page.
