Part I:  Using Google Book Search and AdWords

In today’s economic climate, how can you reach many potential readers without breaking the bank?  Google’s Laura Driussi will demonstrate how to use a free product (Google Book Search) and a paid product (Google AdWords) to target the audience for your books within your budget.

Using examples from her own experience as a micro-publisher as well as from publishers she works with in Google Book Search, Laura will demonstrate both programs and offer tips on how to use them most efficiently.

Laura Driussi is Strategic Partner Manager at Google Book Search. Prior to joining Google in 2005, she was Assistant Marketing Director at the University of California Press and managed online marketing and digital rights.  In 14 years at the Press, she served in the editorial, production, marketing, and even IT departments.  She also assists her husband in marketing his self-published books.
